As we approach the summer Holidays there are important points to remember.
Distracted driving is not only dangerous but against the law. Whether texting, disciplining the children or just not focused on driving, can have tragic consequences. Always make the attention to the road the most important priority while behind the wheel.
While enjoying a BBQ remember that Propane is a dangerous fuel. Keep it out of direct sunlight. If the tank is allowed to overheat it will begin to release gas. If you smell any gas odor Call 911 and allow your fire department to control the situation.
Fireworks are dangerous. Come join the township on July 4th for the holiday display.
A friendly reminder that open fires of any kind are prohibited by township ordinance.
As you prepare your swimming pool be cautious of the chemicals used and proper storage. Chemicals left in the open are dangerous to children and pets.
